How can the precision leveler be micro-adjusted?

  • JIUZH

When we use the precision leveling machine, it is indispensable to move and operate the equipment, sometimes some movement will affect its working performance if it is not in place, or the parameters are not set accurately. This time to adjust the precision leveling machine, how should we deal with it? Let’s take a look with Jiuzhong Intelligence.

Precision leveling machine

1、Pour the plate material from the direction of the traction roller of the leveling machine, and make fine adjustment depending on the flatness of the plate after it comes out.

2、If the plate shows the phenomenon of upturning, adjust the handwheel after the precision leveler to rotate upward for 1-2 turns.

3、If the plate shows the phenomenon of downward bending, the hand wheel after the precision leveling machine can be properly adjusted to rotate downward for 1-2 turns.

4、If the plate shows the phenomenon of horizontal upward bending, adjust the adjustment bolts of the upper support roller of the precision leveling machine appropriately, adjust 1-2 turns downward on both sides, and loosen 1-2 turns upward in the middle support roller.

5、If the plate shows the phenomenon of horizontal downward bending, adjust the upper support roller adjusting bolts of the precision leveling machine appropriately, adjust 1-2 turns upward on both sides, and loosen 1-2 turns downward in the middle support roller.

For precision leveling machine, we have to take different adjustment methods according to different situations, I hope the above content is helpful to you.
