The structure of the correction principle of the precision leveler is based on: the precision leveler is composed of different structures, and the role of each component is also different, of course, their composition is also different, speaking of which, I believe that there are many people who are interested in the structure of the precision leveler. The leveler manufacturer will introduce to you the two structures of the precision leveler, which are the frame part and the roller part.

  1. Leveling frame part: The frame is the main body of the precision leveling machine, which is composed of a base, a column and a connecting beam, and is connected into a closed prestressed frame structure with 4 tensioning bolts. The frame is a welded structure, which is annealed after welding to eliminate internal stress. The frame has sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure small elastic deflection under heavy loads to meet the correction needs of the panel.
  2. Roller part: The roller part is the working part of the precision leveler, including the work roll and the back-up roller. The material of the work roll is 60CrMoV or GCr15, the quenching and tempering hardness is HB286~ HB321, the surface quenching hardness is HRC56~HRC63, the depth of the hardened layer is 6mm~10mm, the roughness is 0.8μm, and the dimensional tolerance reaches h6. In order to meet the stiffness requirements of the work roll, multiple rows of upper and lower back-up rollers are specially arranged.
